Shower Screens: Frameless

Frameless Shower Screens are custom designed and manufactured to suit your home. These shower screens have beautiful clean lines. Because they are frameless, you don't see all of the structural work. We can custom design the door hinges to be hung at any angle - we are not constrained by the usual 135° angle. The doors can open either in or out.

There is almost no configuration that we cannot achieve in your design. We only use Grade A toughened glass for strength and safety. The hardware we use is of the finest quality with finishes in either polished chrome, matt chrome, 24ct gold or powder coated. We also recommend the use of an acrylic sweeper and water bar (to match door hardware) to provide a seal to prevent most of the water escaping out of the shower enclosure. As a standard, we use 2 wall fittings on each fixed panel and one on the floor for both stability and durability.

Where there are large glass panels involved in the design of your frameless shower screens, we recommend a corner glass shelf for added stability, this is also handy for storing shampoo etc. All glass edges are polished and mitred where necessary.

Our glass supplier complies with Australian Standard AS2208-1978 - Toughened Glass.

We also recommend that we treat your shower screen with VITROglaze® which chemically fuses with the glass surface leaving a permanent barrier. It makes the glass easy to clean and protects against the build up of scum.
